No Refunds on Completed Projects :Once a project is delivered and accepted by the client, no refunds will be provided.
Milestone-Based Payments : For ongoing projects, payments are structured around predefined milestones. Clients may cancel future milestones before they are initiated; however, payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy : Clients can request a cancellation within [specific timeframe, e.g., 7 days] of the initial agreement, provided work has not commenced. A partial refund may be issued after deducting any administrative or initiation costs.
Work in Progress: :If a client chooses to discontinue a project mid-way, payments for the work already completed are non-refundable.
Exceptions : Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the project does not meet the agreed specifications outlined in the initial contract. This will be subject to a thorough review.
Force Majeure : No refunds will be issued for delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters or third-party service interruptions.
